OpenSecrets lists the American Israel Public Affairs Committee as Rep. Brandon Gill’s top associated contributing organization for the 2026 cycle, with $28,227. The table shown in the original post places AIPAC ahead of Cna Metals at $20,600 and the Freedom Caucus Fund at $16,000.
The $28,227 figure should not be read as one direct payment from AIPAC. OpenSecrets labels the column “Individuals/PACs,” and the graphic divides the total between those two categories. A search of the Federal Election Commission’s processed receipts for Gill’s campaign did not return a single receipt under the contributor name “AIPAC.”
AIPAC says its political portal enables individual Americans to donate directly to candidates, while its PAC separately makes disclosed political contributions. The more precise description is therefore that OpenSecrets attributes $28,227 in contributions associated with AIPAC—including individual and PAC money—to Gill during the 2026 cycle.
The ranking reflects OpenSecrets’ organization-association methodology and the filings available for the cycle; it can change as campaigns submit additional or amended reports. Gill’s principal campaign committee is Brandon Gill for Texas, according to the FEC.
